Broad Function:

Be responsible for all marketing events, standardize and vivify the work, train and manage the team to accomplish the target.

Key Responsibility:

1. Train sales executives; make sure the team can run as company standards;
2. Assist to hold morning meetings, conclude sales amount and clear target;
3. Check sales executives’ work, follow up sales progress every day;
4. Check sales channels with sales executives 4 days per week, enhance channel management;
5. Manage marketing work, deal with emergency;
6. Evaluate sales executives’ performance to make sure of their execution;
7. Coach and help sales executives, improve management level;
8. Others work from superiors.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor degree in business administration, postgraduate studies will be an advantage;
2. Fluent in English is necessary;
3. At least 5 years experience of General Management/ Project management/Operations;
4. Experience in the Brand Marketing and online Marketing/E-commerce;
5. Experience in international business, export and import, clearing and forwarding;
6. Self-starter and ability to work under minimum supervision;
7. leadership qualities is a must;
8. Aged from 28 to 40.

6. Excellent report writing skills coupled with excellent presentation skills;
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (articulate) coupled with good listening and critical reasoning skills;
