General Function:

Responsible for the development of the domestic market. Customer relationship management, sales channel management and control, branding, product information gathering and reached sales target. 

 

Key Responsibility:

1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of the domestic market; deliver high standards in all aspects of customer service to  our old  agents, customers, and actively develop new customers. 

2. Responsible for sales channel management, tracking the development of potential target customers; 

3. Responsible for local staff recruitment, management, training; 

4. Do the company's marketing activities. Actively promote the company's products, TOAFRICA platform; 

5. Organize data collection in other industries, including product, customer, samples, competitive products, and market analysis, analysis of reports submitted to analysis; 

6. Maintain good relations with employees and local residents.

 

Requirement Qualification:

1. Fluency in Chinese is a must. Own experience in study or live or work in China. Understand Chinese culture. Accessible and communicate with Chinese.

2. Bachelor degree or MBA, marketing class, business class, language class, management class professionals; 

3. At least 2 years working experience in the same industry sales or familiar with national or local markets; 

4. Good at the market survey methods, such as feasibility will use SWOT analysis and issue a feasibility report; 

5. Sensitive of market information, to fully exploit the market demand; 

6. Understand the needs of local residents, the one who have customer resources is preferred

7. Subject to management, do the work assigned by the company.

 

 

Industry Manager

General Function:

Responsible for the statistics collection of hot products and give market analysis to support company`s decision.

 

Key Responsibility:

1. Collect statistics from different industries , including products (especially those hot products), customer name and other customer information, samples, competing products and other data;
2. Conduct market research, analyze market demand for products based on the collected data;
3. Track the development of potential target customers;
4. Carry out marketing campaigns;
5. Assist business manager, regional manager for sales and marketing, to complete the order;
6. Maintain daily contact with customers, to explore the potential demand.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Degree or diploma holders in business ,marketing or related field;
2. At least 3 years working experience in sales or related , and familiar with national or local markets;
3. Be well in the market survey methods, and use SWOT to analysis market demand, Issue a product feasibility report;
4. Be sensitive to the market information, to fully exploit the market demand;
5. Understand the needs from local residents, those who  owns customer resources will be preferred
6. Fluent in English or French, well in WORD/EXCEL/PPT and so on.

6. Dealing with the feedbacks and complaints of customers timely, in order to improve customer satisfaction, and establish long-term and good customer relationship.
7. Visit the important customer regularly, and ensure fair competition in the market.
8. Responsible for the planning and management of the sales channel in the area, coordinate with the dealers, provide them satisfying service and develop new dealers.
 

Qualifications and Experience:
 

1. Degree or Diploma in business related field.
2. 2~4 years experience in Sales and Distribution Management in electrical industry.
3. Ever sold and be very familiar with air condition products.
4. Ability to conduct marketing research.
5. Excellent report writing skills coupled with excellent presentation skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (articulate) coupled with good listening and critical reasoning skills.
7. Results-oriented and passionate candidates are preferred.
8. Age limit 20 to 35 years.
